Sun 4th July 2010 - Ben Bullen, Diddleum - Northern Regional Championships ![]()
Location From the Launceston suburb Newstead turn into Hobblers Bridge road proceed to Scottsdale on the A3. Travel approx 30km. 500 metres past Myrtle Park turn right onto C405, Camden Hill road and proceed to T- junction. Turn left into Diddleum road and follow signs. Hobart travellers: There is a back road alternative by turning off just north of Conara. Consult road map or follow Tony Mount.
Courses The usual 1 to 8 Start Time 10am to 12noon. .

Start: between 10 am and 12 noon
Location: From Hobart head up Davey St and turn left on the Southern Outlet. Go past the Mt Nelson turnoff and continue to head towards Kingston. Turn left at the roadsign for ‘The Lea’. Go slowly through the Lea Scout Camp entrance and follow Gilwell Drive up the steep slope for 1.5 km. Look for orienteering signs. ... see location map
Sportident will be used, so if you have your own e-stick please bring it, otherwise you will be able to hire one.

Start The start will be at the Kings Meadows Connector end of Kate Reed. Parking will be under the southern outlet overpass. Parking on the northern side of connector road will be angle parking off the main road. Park as directed by signs.
Start times 10.00am -12.00noon.
Course close 1.30 pm
Courses The usual range of local event courses will be offered including: Long – hard; Medium – Moderate hard; Short – Moderate easy and a walkers only – Moderate
