EVENTS

• The 2010 East Coas t 3-days on the March long weekend will be held at Royal George rather than in St Helens.
• The 3 events will be held on the updated Weeanoobryna and Menuggana maps.
• All 3 days will use the traditional 8 courses (as per TOS events).
• Event formats will be middle distance (day 1); long distance (day 2); ~80% of long distance (day 3).
• More information about venues and course lengths will be available later.
• To be eligible for 3-day results you must enter the same course for each day.

ACCOMMODATION

• Accommodation in the Royal George area and adjacent Fingal valley is limited. Therefore, EVOC has booked the Scotch Oakburn College Valley Campus (formerly Fawlty Towers) for the exclusive use of orienteers (Saturday and Sunday evening only). It is situated 14k from Avoca (38k from the Conara turn-off).
• The campus can accommodate about 70 people in several “flats”, “cabins” and “hostels” at a cost of $25 per bed per night for adults and $19 for children less than 15 years of age. The price is the same regardless of the type of accommodation. Bring all your own bedding!

• Beds will be allocated by the organisers on a “first come” basis. However, reasonable requests regarding sharing will be taken into account.
• Camping is also available at $10 per person per night

FOOD and ENTERTAINMENT

• This great social week-end will be spiced up with:
• EVOC’s traditional gourmet BBQ on Saturday evening. The Gourmet BBQ includes good food and some refreshments.
• A sit down dinner followed by the OT AGM and Awards Presentation on Sunday evening. Dinner catered for by Tom Hawthorne will be three courses: soups, salads, breads, curries (ranging from mild to hot) plus dessert.

ENTRIES AND PAYMENT

• Entries close on Friday February 26th. Entries, meal bookings and accommodation will only be confirmed upon reception of full payment. No payment or entry on the day will be available.
• The preferred method for entry for the events, the BBQ, the dinner and the accommodation is online via Entry.HUB (http://www.entryhub.net/) with payment either via PayPal or by cheque.
• If you elect to pay by cheque please make cheques payable to EVOC and send to Paul Pacqué, 11 Havenbrook Drive, Trevallyn, 7250.  
• A paper entry form (EC3D Entry Form) is also availablefor those who are IT challenged and will also appear in the February O-Know.
• If you have not renewed your full membership by February 26th, you will be required to the pay casual member fees.
• Proof of concession may be required.

FEES
Due to the extra effort required to organise a 3-day event, entry fees are slightly higher than for regular events. Event fees (per day):

• Junior or concession full member: $7
• Senior full member: $9
• Family full member $25
• Junior or concession casual member $10
• Senior casual member $15
• Sport Ident hire: $2

Accommodation at Scotch Oakburn Valley campus:

• Bed (per night): adults - $ 25; children under 15 - $ 19
• Camping (per night): $10

Meals:

• EVOC gourmet BBQ: adults - $ 15; children under 15 - $ 10
• OT dinner: adults - $25; children under 15 - $15; family $70
