  • Series of four events. Do as many as you want.
  • Form a team of 3 or more
  • Turn up either lunch time or after work
  • Individual team members run when it suits them best
  • 2 courses to choose from with different courses each week
  • Easy or moderate navigation
  • Instruction available
  • No compass needed
  • Treat it like a jog, run or walk.

Courses
Short 2.5 km (very easy navigation)
Long  4.0 km (moderate navigation)

Teams
Teams are made up of three or more members. Team members can be male or female and each member can chose either course length. The course chosen can change from week to week. Individual entries are fine - you will be allocated to an ad hoc team on the day.

If you team participated in the 2009 Spring Series your team will already be registered. Any changes to 2009 teams or new teams can be sorted out on the day of the event. Please allow a bit of extra time to do this!

Other Information

Timing
OT’s electronic timing system SportIdent (SI) will be used for timing. Could all runners who own a SI Stick please bring it to the events. SI Sticks will be provided to runners who do not currently have one.
